12.5 kW Solar + 12 kWh High-Voltage Battery Successfully Installed at Triplicane, Chennai Home We are pleased to announce the successful completion and commissioning of another advanced renewable energy project for our customer at Triplicane, Chennai. This installation combines high-efficiency TOPCon solar modules, a 3-phase hybrid inverter and high-voltage LFP battery storage, providing the customer with an integrated solution for solar generation, energy storage, backup power and improved energy management. Project Configuration Solar PV Capacity: 12.5 kWp Hybrid Inverter: 10 kW, 3-Phase Battery Storage: 12 kWh High-Voltage LFP Location: Triplicane, Chennai, Tamil Nadu Major Components Installed Axitec 625 Wp TOPCon Non-DCR Modules – 20 Nos High-efficiency TOPCon modules selected to maximize solar generation from the available rooftop area. Solaryaan 10 kW 3-Phase Hybrid Inverter Integrated for efficient management of solar generation, battery charging/discharging and grid interaction. Solaryaan 12 kWh HV LFP Battery High-voltage Lithium Iron Phosphate battery storage designed to provide dependable energy storage and backup capability. DCDB & ACDB with Changeover Complete electrical protection and isolation system, including dedicated DC MCCB for battery protection. Customized Hot-Dip Galvanized Structure The structure was customized according to the actual site conditions and rooftop requirements to ensure a practical and robust installation. Earthing – 3 Nos Dedicated earthing arrangements provided for electrical safety and system protection. Polycab 6 sq.mm DC Cables – EN Type Used for reliable DC-side solar connections. Polycab 10 sq.mm Copper FRLS Cables Red, Black, Blue, Yellow and Green cables used for AC power and earthing connections. Stäubli MC4 Connectors High-quality connectors used for secure and reliable PV connections. ESE Lightning Arrester System Installed with a 3-metre GI mast and 25 × 3 mm HDG strip as part of the lightning protection arrangement. Complete EPC Scope Transportation, installation, structural work, electrical works, protection systems and commissioning were included as part of the complete project execution.
